This clutch was lovingly hand-stitched with quality cotton threads by Syrian women artisans.

The Impact

All profit from sales is used to employ more women and to continue Sabbara’s work on female empowerment. Sabbara was established inside Syria in 2012 in response to the escalating war and its devastating consequences for families all over the country. Its aim is to train women in traditional skills, create a sustainable infrastructure for production, and develop an international market.

MADE TO ORDER

This clutch is made to order, meaning that when you order, our artisans start making it. It takes two to three weeks to make, plus shipping time from the Middle East. So please be patient, some things are worth waiting for!

Materials: 100% hand embroidered cotton, metal enclosure and leather strap.
